PlayPark MU was an official service of MU Online for the SEA region that ran from 2020 until 2022. It was available in the Philippines, Indonesia, Malaysia, Singapore, and Thailand.

In 2022, PlayPark ceased publishing the game and migrated accounts to the global MU Online service by Webzen.

The game's closed beta started on March 10, 2020, and it launched commercially on March 26, 2020.^[1] The game was not popular in the Philippines compared to its previous venture; however, this can partially be attributed to the market's move away from PC gaming and into mobile gaming.

PlayPark's SEA service ended on March 22, 2022. No reason was stated other than that PlayPark was "about to conclude its contractual operations".^{[note 1]} Player data were migrated from the SEA service to the global service, which is handled by Webzen.^[2]
