U Got Game Pro

U Got Game Pro was a Philippine interschool game development competition event organized IGDA Manila as well as the computer science organizations of the top universities in the Philippines. It was held on May 21, 2005 at the Expo Exchange, Greenbelt 1 in San Lorenzo, City of Makati.

The event was preceded by U Got Game in 2004 and was succeeded by U Got Game X3M XPO in 2007.

About

U Got Game Pro was organized by the International Gaming Development Association (IGDA) Manila Chapter, Ateneo University's Computer Society of Ateneo (CompSAt), De La Salle University's La Salle Computer Society (LSCS), University of the Philippines' UP Association of Computer Science Majors (CURSOR), and Mapua's Organization of Technical Innovation (OTI).

It was sponsored by Intel Corporation, Slycesoft Games Development, PLDT myDSL, INQ7.net, Level Up!, Expo Exchange, and Ayala Center.[1]

During the event, Slycesoft Games Development held an open beta test of its fighting game Away Agila.
