Top Speed was a free-to-play live service racing game originally planned to be published by IAHGames and distributed in the Philippines by E-Games^[1] under its casual brand X-Play. It ran a closed beta test in the Philippines in 2008, but the game was never released and E-Games silently removed it from its roster.
