Spoon Interactive Arts, previously known as ePLDT ContentDev, was the content division of the Philippine I.T. company ePLDT, Inc. which specializes in mobile application and web development.
The then-head of Spoon Interactive Arts, Buddy del Rosario, established the IGDA Manila chapter in 2002.
