Ragnarok World Championship 2009
The Ragnarok World Championship 2009, or simply RWC 2009, was an international tournament for the MMORPG Ragnarok Online that was held on November 1, 2009 at the Pacifico Yokohama Convention Center in Yokohoma, Japan. The Philippines participated in the event with the help of the game's local publisher, Level Up!.
It is the fourth Ragnarok World Championship event in the series. It was preceded by RWC 2008 and was followed by RWC 2010.

Team Philippines fought Team Germany and Team USA to reach the finals, but lost to Team Japan.[2]
