Point Blank Revolution is the second Point Blank service in the Philippines. It was published by Garena in the Southeast Asian region, with Garena Philippines Inc. servicing the game in the Philippines.

The Point Blank Revolution service began in 2014, with player accounts from the previous Philippine service being migrated to Revolution.

On July 15, 2019, the Garena terminated its service. A new service named Point Blank Beyond Limits, managed by a subsidiary of the game's developer, Zepetto, was opened on July 16, 2019.^[1] Player accounts from the Philippine service were migrated to the new service.
