The event was a celebration of Philippine Ragnarok Online's commercial launch. The game had been in beta since June 2003, and players were able to access the game for free. After the commercial launch, the game transitioned into its subscription-based business model.

The event is also known for Alodia Gosiengfiao's first cosplay, where she dressed up as a Priestess from the game.
