Alodia Gosiengfiao
Alodia Gosiengfiao-Quimbo is a Filipina model, cosplayer, and the co-founder of Tier One Entertainment. She is best known in Philippine gaming communities as one of the top cosplayers of video game and anime characters.
About
Gosiengfiao is known for attending, endorsing, and cosplaying at various gaming conventions in the Philippines, including events by Level Up! and E-Games. Her first ever cosplay was as a Priestess class for Philippine Ragnarok Online during its commercial launch on September 2003 at Glorietta Activity Center in Makati City, Philippines.[1]
In 2024, she was selected as one of the celebrity "pawns" (hireable NPC in the likeness of the person) in the action-adventure game Dragon's Dogma 2 by Capcom.
Tier One Entertainment
On April 21, 2017, Gosiengfiao and esports shoutcaster Tryke Gutierrez founded Tier One Entertainment.
On November 23, 2023, she left Tier One, leaving an ambiguous statement that her and the company's "visions and values are not aligned".[2] On October 28, 2025, during the Tier One controversy where the company was accused of withholding the salaries of talents, Gosiengfiao revealed that she never had any control over the company's finances, and that the "lack of transparency" is one of the main reasons why she left.[3]
Recognition
Alodia won numerous cosplay- and influencer-related awards throughout her lifetime. She also won the "2022 Esports Content creator of the Year" at the Philippine Esports Awards 2022 and "PH Esports Lifetime Award" at the Philippine Esports Awards 2023.
