Level Up KL SEA Game Awards 2018

The Level Up KL SEA Game Awards 2018 was a Southeast Asian game development competition held by Malaysia Digital Economy Corporation (MDEC)’s Level Up KL.

No Philippine game developers won in any category, although Keybol Games' Tower Fortress and Jack Axe games were nominated as finalists.

SEA Game Awards 2018 is the second annual SEA Game Awards. It was preceded by the 2017 awards and followed by the 2019 awards.

Over 100 games were submitted for the awards,[1] and 40 were nominated as finalists.

Notable game from the Philippines

Tower Fortress and Jack Axe from Keybol Games were nominated as finalists,[2] although they did not win in any category.[3] Thea Marie Morrison, Keybol Games' sales director, stated that "[they] were hoping to put it out there that there is a local company in the Philippines that meets global standards and is recognized worldwide".[4]
