RyuSoft Phils. Inc., also known as RyuSoft Philippines, was a live service game publisher in the Philippines. It was established in 2008 as the local subsidiary of the South Korean developer RYU&SOFT Co., Ltd., the developer of the free-to-play MMORPG WonderKing Online.

RyuSoft Phils. Inc. was registered on September 15, 2008, under the SEC number CS200814495.

RyuSoft Philippines was established in 2008 to publish a Philippine server of WonderKing Online. The company published the game for just over a year before the game was discontinued. Mobius Games continued to publish the game until it was completely discontinued in 2011.
