Honor of Kings Philippines Trial of Kings 2024
Trial of Kings 2024 was an open amateur online and on-ground Philippine tournament series held in April 2024 to promote the game Honor of Kings ahead of its global release in June 2024. It is comprised of two tournaments, with each having a prize pool of ₱20,000.
The first Trial of Kings is best known as one of the earliest tournament casts of Rogyn "Osiris" Manansala and Bryan "Autolose" Quiazon for Honor of Kings.
About
Trial of Kings were two amateur tournaments held in April 2024 to market Honor of Kings in the Philippines. Each tournament was held for two days. The online elimination rounds were held on a Friday, and the on-ground final rounds of the final four teams were held on the following Saturday.
As the game has not been released in the country yet, players were required to download the game's Android APK from sources other than Google Play. It was not possible to enter the tournament using an iOS device.
Tournaments
The first Trial of Kings was originally set for April 5 and 6, 2024. Its registration was extended, and the tournament was moved to the following week.
