In a photo statement shared on the official Facebook page of Massive Interactive Revolution, Inc., otherwise known to the public as Massive Gaming, the company employees stated that they have sent a letter of appeal to concerned government agencies and have filed several cases against Miguel Felix S. Simon, who is the CEO of the company.

Firstly, the employees have mentioned in their official release that the company has failed to pay the required royalty shares to different game publishers such as Yingpei Games for Mercenary Online, Dream Execution for War Rock and Aurora Interactive for Aurora World, thus resulting in the required patches for the games not being updated in time, thus leading to in-game problems as well as general dissatisfaction among the players of the aforementioned games.

In addition, they also said that the CEO failed to pay suppliers for assets bought for the company. Furthermore, they continue by saying that the company has neglected in filing the required taxes as well as social insurance for 2 years, resulting to loan application declines.

Finally, the company staff stated that the company did not give 3 months worth of transportation allowance to Massive Gaming’s field team.

On a related development, the company stakeholders have stated that Edgardo Limon (who is the CEO and president of two electronic filing & payment service (eFPS) companies: Wireless Technology Solution, Inc. and Intex Telecom Systems, Inc.) is also facing tax evasion cases from the BIR for failing to pay tax deficiencies which amount to a combined total of P 167.75 million.

Massive Gaming is mostly known for distributing first-person shooter titles such as Mercenary Online and War Rock in the Philippines.
