MOG TV, the ultimate gaming authority, features news on gaming and technology, hardware reviews, players, gaming community, gaming tips and more

July 17, 2009 – IP e-Game Ventures Inc., (e-Games), online game subsidiary of IPVG Corp, and publisher of the leading MMORPG titles RAN Online, CABAL Online and ZX Online, is proud to announce MOG TV, its first gaming and technology TV program with TV5.

Short for More on Gaming TV, MOG TV is being branded as the ultimate gaming authority on TV.

MOG TV follows a gaming and technology based format to cater to the ever-expanding gaming community. It will feature the latest news on gaming, both local and international, technology, local gaming and technology events, well known and famous players, gaming tips and tricks, hardware and software reviews and gaming community features.

This new TV show will air starting July 24 on TV 5, Fridays, at 11:30PM and will be hosted by Sam YG, popular DJ and host of Radio Program Boys Night out, and upcoming young actress, Denise Laurel.

Officials of both IPVG and e-Games are excited about this newest project.

"MOG TV will showcase the best of electronic gaming in the Philippines. As this form of entertainment takes centerpiece amongst new and emerging media, this prime time TV show offers our online gaming community access to mass media,” Enrique Gonzalez, CEO of IPVG Corp. said.

Gil Edeza, COO of e-Games, said the TV show will not only feature titles of e-Games but also console, portable and mobile gaming. “We all know that TV’s still the main medium for entertainment. With tens of millions of Filipino people still watching TV, it is still the biggest market to be tapped. We see MOG TV as bridging the gap between traditional media and new media.”

MOG TV will have the following segments:

• MOG NEWS – Two 90-second segments featuring the latest gaming and tech news.
• ALL AXXESS – A “here’s-what-you-missed” segment highlighting various gamer gigs, hottest events and school tours around the metro.
