Merch Kit: x1 Cupsleeve, x1 Badgepin (2.25"), x4 Postcard Prints from Guest Artists, x5 Photocards from Guest Artists, x1 random postcard print from Teyvat Delights Event, x2 random photocards from guest cosplayers, x3 Sticker
Snack Set: x1 Food Item, x1 Drink Item, 5-min Group Self-Shoot in our themed Photobooth, Access to the Data Bank (Exhibition Floor)
Reminders:
1. Kindly ensure absolute certainty, at 101%, before finalizing the form.
2. Upon form completion, the entire reservation amount must be paid, and proof of payment must be submitted to confirm your reservation.
3. Failure to send proof of payment will lead to a possible cancellation of your reserved slot.
4. Reservations are transferable but strictly non-refundable. Should you wish to transfer your slot, please reach out to us for approval, as transfer requests are subject to organizer discretion. Refund requests will only be considered in cases of overpayments.
5. In the event that the payment proof you provide is determined to be fake, altered, or inconsistent with our records' reference number, your reservation will be nullified, and you will be banned from participating in future events.
6. Late arrivals for scheduled time slots will not be granted time extensions.
