The Ragna Festival was a Philippine launch event held by Electronics Extreme and South Korean developer GRAVITY to celebrate the upcoming release of Ragnarok Online's Philippine service. It was held on May 7, 2017, in the Annex building of SM City North EDSA in Quezon City, Philippines.

The event was attended by GRAVITY's COO Kitamura Yoshinori, Electronics Extreme's COO Rithirong Kaewvicheara, and ELITE’s CEO Johnny Pae. Electronics Extreme owned the publishing rights to the game in Asia, and ELITE was the Philippine publishing partner.^[1]
