Pom-Pom Merry Meet and Greet
Pom-Pom Merry Meet and Greet was a 2023 Philippine collaboration event between SM North EDSA and Honkai: Star Rail. It was held on Christmas Day and the weekends of December 2023 at The Block Atrium of SM City North EDSA in Quezon City, Metro Manila. During the specified dates, a mall employee dressed in a Pom-Pom costume was stationed in The Block Atrium of the mall.

Prelude
On October 2023, SM North EDSA's The Block Atrium was decorated with the "Northern Holiday Express", a Christmas-themed train setting called the "Northern Express 2023".
Event
During the weekends of December 2023 and on Christmas Day (Monday), Pom-Pom, the rabbit-like NPC conductor from Honkai: Star Rail, was stationed in the Northern Express train as its conductor.[1] Mallgoers were encouraged to take pictures with him. People who shared their photos on Instagram and Twitter were given free random Honkai: Star Rail bookmarks and postcards.
