The Philippine Game Development Festival 2013 was a game development convention organized by the Game Developers Association of the Philippines and was held from October 25 to 26, 2013 at the De La Salle-College of St. Benilde in Manila, Philippines.

Winners of the GameOn 2013 and Cherry Android Game Competition 2013 were awarded during the event.

The event was preceded by 2012 event and was followed by the 2014 event.
