Manila Madness 5 is an upcoming on-ground 2026 Philippine Tekken 8 tournament event. It will be held on the weekend of September 19 and 20, 2026, at a currently unannounced venue. The tournament will be part of the Tekken World Tour 2026 as a Master Event.

The event will be the fifth Manila Madness. It was preceded by the fourth event in 2025.
