Manila Madness 5 is an upcoming on-ground 2026 Philippine Tekken 8 tournament event. It will be held on the weekend of September 19 and 20, 2026, at The Filinvest Tent in Alabang, Muntinlupa, Metro Manila. The tournament will be part of the Tekken World Tour 2026 as a Master Event.

The event will be the fifth Manila Madness. It was preceded by the fourth event in 2025.
