Humanda Ka (English translation: Prepare yourself) is a 2005 original Filipino song composed and performed by the Filipino band Sandwich. It is the official song of the Philippine server of the MMORPG Tantra, a game that was published in the country by Amped from 2004 until 2011.

The song was released in 2005 under the single "Tantra: Neo Oriental Fantasy". The CD includes the song, the minus one version and an accompanying music video.
