HoYo FEST 2023 was an annual celebration held by the global live service game publisher HoYoverse. The celebration was comprised of six gaming conventions held across six different malls from different Southeast Asian countries throughout August and November of 2023. In the Philippines, the HoYo Fest celebration was held from October 21 to 29, 2023 at the event center of SM Megamall Building A in Mandaluyong City, Metro Manila. It is the third HoYo Fest event held in the series.

HoYo FEST 2023 was preceded by HoYo FEST 2022 and was followed by HoYo FEST 2024.

HoYo Fest is the first time the annual HoYo FEST event was celebrated through gaming conventions. The event was held from August until November 2023 in malls throughout Malaysia, Indonesia, Vietnam, Thailand, Philippines, and Singapore. In the Philippines, the following games were featured in the event:

• Genshin Impact
• Honkai Impact 3rd
• Tears of Themis
• Honkai: Star Rail
• Zenless Zone Zero

The event sold various themed merchandise such as stickers, badges, postcards, and keychains, and the event also held on-site activities that rewarded winners with additional merchandise.

The event drew controversy due to the small venue and the hours-long queues, with one report complaining that the party waited 7 hours in line only to find out that they were in the wrong queue. Amos Yeo, HoYoverse's SEA Senior PR Manager, stated that "[HoYoverse] will learn from any mistakes we made this year and we’ll try to improve".^[1]
