HoYo FEST 2021 Philippines was a celebration held by the global live service game publisher HoYoverse. The celebration consisted of themed café collaborations with six café establishments from Southeast Asian countries from November 5 to December 14, 2021. In the Philippines, the HoYo Fest celebration was held at the Moon Rabbit Café & Restaurant in San Juan, Metro Manila.

HoYo FEST 2021 is the first HoYo Fest celebration in the series. It was followed by HoYo FEST 2022.

HoYo FEST 2021 was a simultaneous themed collaboration event in six cafés in the Philippines, Indonesia, Malaysia, Thailand, Singapore, and Vietnam. The following games participated in the event, along with the dates of when the games were themed in the cafés:

• Honkai Impact 3rd: November 5 until 16
• Tears of Themis: November 19 until 30
• Genshin Impact: December 3 until 14
