Agnostiko ORIGINS is a single-player sidescrolling action platformer developed and self-published by Filipino game developer Singles Alliance. It was first digitally released for the Nintendo Switch on the Nintendo store on June 14, 2024, and was followed up by a digital release on the Xbox store on the same year. It is followed up by a spin-off sequel called Agnostiko VS.

The game is set in an alternate steampunk version of the Philippines during the 1890s. The player controls the Man in the Red Scarf as he explores a mysterious mansion overrun by creatures inspired by Philippine folklore.

The game supports Japanese, French, German, and Spanish languages.
