4. Only one (1) toy or one (1) book will be included per transaction.

5. The toy or book cannot be exchanged for cash.

6. This promo will be available in McDonald’s participating stores nationwide via front counter, take-out counter, Self- Ordering Kiosks, Drive-Thru purchases, via McDelivery, and Pick-up.

7. Promo will also be available via GrabFood, foodpanda, PickARoo, and GLife.

8. For orders with Senior Citizen/PWD requests, the final purchase amount will be confirmed after applicable discounts have been applied.

9. In compliance to, Section 4 of R.A. 9994, otherwise known as the Expanded Senior Citizens Act of 2010: “In the purchase of goods and services which are on promotional discount, the senior citizen can avail of the promotional discount, or the discount provided under the Expanded Senior Citizens Act of 2010, whichever is higher.”
